If product comes broken then DM us on social media or contact us via "contact page" on our website. If you throw or misuse the product and it breaks, we are NOT responsible.

                                                                                  Shipping 

All products will be packaged and shipped same or next day. Arrival time can vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier (USPS) to deliver it safely. While we carefully package and ship every order, we cannot control what happens in transit. If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact USPS directly to file a claim, as they are responsible for handling such issues. 3D Printed Products

Most of our items on the shop are 3D printed, although we made them out of strong material, items are still able to break. Please be careful with any items you buy. If you break your item, we are not responsible, if it comes broken then USPS is responsible.
